Who is asking you for a penetration test?
What happens after you check out
- Log in. Your portal login is created at checkout.
- Set your scope. Enter your targets, any exclusions, and your testing window. External tests need nothing installed. Internal tests use a lightweight collector on your network.
- Test, fix, retest. The test runs, you fix what it finds, and you run it again inside your 30-day window. Then export your reports.
FAQ
What is the difference between an external and an internal penetration test?
An external test attacks the systems you expose to the internet, such as your website, web apps, and firewall. An internal test simulates an attacker who is already inside your network and checks how far they could get. Many requirements ask for both.
How do I count my IPs or domains?
Count each website, web app, or public IP address as one. If you are not sure, pick the next size up or talk to a specialist before you buy.
What if my auditor wants a person to run the test?
You have two options. One of our engineers can run the test for you on the same platform as an add-on, or you can move to a full managed penetration test. See what is in the report and your options.
